Sad news.. Long time Club member and old Eastwood identity John Pender has died at his home in Berry on the south coast
With his wife Margaret, John was a fixture at our games for many years. Despite not being in the best of health they continued to follow the Club and even made the trip out to Cowra.
An intimate funeral service will be held at Shoalhaven Memorial Garden Crematorium, Worrigee on Monday 31 Oct, 3pm. Followed by afternoon tea and drinks at the Berry Hotel from 4.30pm. A celebratory memorial service will be held at Pymble Uniting Church on Wednesday 2 Nov, 12pm followed by a light lunch.
