Neil Hall has passed away at the grand old age of 94. Neil, a prop forward, was one of the “Originals” who took the field in the initial First Grade match at Eastwood Oval in August 1947 against Drummoyne. His fellow prop was Jim Millner and other notables in the team were Ken Smallwood, Joe Newsome, Frank Vickress, Rob Millner and Ian Blackshaw.
No-one loved the Woodies more than Neil did.
Family and friends are warmly invited to Celebrate NEIL’s life in the Palm Chapel at Macquarie Park Crematorium, cnr Plassey and Dehli Roads, North Ryde on Thursday 23rd January 2020 at 1:15pm.
