Many will remember Morrie as a great supporter of the game. A player with Eastwood in the very early days and then later on a contributor to the game throughout the District. Past President of Hunters Hill and Eastwood Junior Rugby Clubs, Morrie left us back in 2021 at the age of 96
His family have recently been tidying up his effects and came across this wonderful colour photo of the Eastwood team way back in 1946. That's Morrie on the far left, middle row. (photo possibly taken in West Parade somewhere near where our game day sign is located?)
